We’ll kick off by exploring the evolving economic and political landscape, helping you understand the wider context housing associations are working in today - from global uncertainty to policy shifts at home.
We’ll also look at:
- The bomb-proof balance sheet - the financial model that underpins social housing success
- An introduction to bank lending
- Long term financial planning
- Rent and affordability
- Grant funding and the Affordable Housing Supply programme.
