The main responsibilities of the Chair are:
- Chairing each meeting of the forum – these will take place online via Microsoft Teams or Zoom. There will be two meetings each year, with the first to take place in May.
- Agreeing the agenda for each meeting of the forum – in advance of each meeting, I will meet with the Chair to discuss and agree the agenda before it is circulated to the group.
The Vice Chair role will be to provide cover for the Chair should they not able to fulfil their role for any reason. Both the Chair and the Vice Chair will serve for a maximum of three years, to ensure that other members of the forum are also given the opportunity.
