Shire recognised for community work

Following their business plan vision of “Great Homes, Great People, Vibrant Communities”, Shire is committed to being more than just a landlord in the 16 communities they serve across East Ayrshire. Their core value of “Caring – what matters to you matters to us” is at the heart of their operation.
As well as investing staff resource to support and help communities with everything from helping provide transport to events to financial inclusion advice, Shire has been successful in bringing over £1 million of grant funding into the area in the last three years.
Shire’s Chair, Simon Roberts said “It is wonderful for Shire to be recognised for its work with our communities. The Board are committed to the Association investing in this area and the staff do a great job in delivering our vision”.
