Scotland’s housing associations and co-operatives are at the heart of Scotland, working with tenants, councils, charities, government, and many others to create thriving communities which help people live well and fulfil their potential.

SFHA’s Annual Conference will look at the human story of technology in housing and its impact on the health and wellbeing of tenants, creating healthier homes using technology, and how the analogue to digital switchover affects tenants.

Housing at Scotland's heart

SFHA’s Annual Conference 2023 will spotlight the incredible work of the housing sector, inspire new ideas and create opportunities to collaborate.

Programme highlights include:

  • Working towards an end to homelessness
  • Investing in the future (teaching students about housing)
  • Helping communities thrive
  • Engaging the public on net zero

Inspire: free delegate places for young people

Inspire is one of the themes for this year's Annual Conference. In the spirit of creating opportunities for our members to connect and learn from one another, we want to encourage young housing professionals to attend the conference.

A number of free day places will be available again to young housing professionals, apprentices, and graduates if they accompany another delegate. This will enable you to bring a young housing professional from your organisation for free.

Free places are limited to one per organisation and are offered on a first come first served basis, subject to availability.

Please book your place on our website and then contact the events team directly with the name and contact details of the colleague you will bring on events@sfha.co.uk to take advantage of this offer.

Special offers

We have several special offers for this year’s conference:

Day delegates:

Come along for the day, with prices starting at £309 for SFHA members.

Book two places and bring a colleague for free

If your organisation books two day-delegate places, you can bring a third colleague for free.
