People are at the heart of social housing. Your staff build relationships with tenants, manage their homes and services, and tackle every challenge that comes your way: so how can you best recruit, support and retain them?

At SFHA’s Annual Conference in June, we’ll talk about values, support structures, recruitment, and professionalism.

Conference session highlights

Here is just a selection of the topics we’ll feature at this year’s Annual Conference:

  • The key to attracting young talent.
  • What skills will be crucial for our teams in upcoming years?
  • Poverty and the cost of living
  • What tenants want from their services?

Keynote speaker spotlight.

We’ll be joined on day one of the conference by author, journalist, and strategist Alastair Campbell, who will offer his insight on this year’s theme ‘Navigating our way in uncertain times’.
