Did you know that housing associations gave out £27.5m to residents between 2020-2022?

The Centre for Excellence in Community Investment is a project from HACT that collects figures annually on the community investment activity of housing associations in the last year, so that they can champion everything that housing associations do to support their residents, from advice and guidance to financial support, from getting people into training and employment to youth work, support with food, and more!

They will collect figures from April 2022 - March 2023 soon, and they want Scottish housing associations to get involved!

“The measures have allowed us to see our efforts in the context of the wider sector, gain inspiration from work around the country, and contribute to raising the profile of our sector at a time when investment is so crucial.” - Nick Kassam, Performance & Improvement Officer, Hillcrest Homes, Scotland
