How to use our event app Cvent

At all SFHA in person events we will be using our event app Cvent.     

We have included some guides and videos below that we hope you will find useful for navigating the app. 

• All conference information usually included in delegate pack will now be available digitally in the app.   

• We'll be using the App for in session polling and Q&A.

• You will use the app to book your Breakouts via All Sessions click View Sessions and select the session you wish to attend.  

• Once selected your Breakout will show in My Schedule which is your personalised agenda for the day. 

• You can use the feature to pre-arrange meetings with other registered attendees or even instant message someone while at the conference.   

Access the app by visiting the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and search for ‘Cvent Events’ to find the app.  

• You will be sent a separate email from the SFHA Events Team which includes the link to access the app.   

• Once installed using the link, please enter your name and email address and you will be sent a verification code to access the app features.
