In today’s climate of high inflation and rising living costs, organisations within the housing sector are taking a hard look at their corporate services budgets. IT investments are under the microscope, yet the demand for high performance remains unwavering.
The pilot survey is part of SFHA and Altair’s joint ongoing commitment to providing valuable insights for Scottish Housing Associations and covers everything from staffing and skills to budgets, strategies, investments, and software perceptions.
The goal is to highlight what’s working well and identify common challenges. By sharing these insights through a series of focused reports, we hope to foster a supportive community where members can learn from each other and encourage IT providers to step up their game!
The social housing sector is focused on resident health, safety, and compliance. Regulators emphasise data quality as crucial for delivering these services. This report uses our benchmarking survey findings on data quality and its impact on decision-making, providing recommendations and highlighting growing concerns about compliance and customer data.
View the first report: IT costs
This report uses our benchmarking survey findings to analyse IT costs within the sector, providing insights into spending patterns and offering practical recommendations to help reduce costs while maximising the value of your IT programs.
In the coming months SFHA will be working closely with Altair to create a new offering for every SFHA members to use, to help support their digital and IT readiness.
