Help to resolve meter issues in void properties

Following previous discussion with SFHA, Ofgem and energy retail suppliers have agreed to support social landlords in resolving outstanding meter issues in void properties so affected properties can be tackled urgently. We are calling on members looking for assistance to fill out our short form if they have not done so already.
We have been gathering information from members over the last few months and thank those those who have already provided information either to SFHA or one of the other organisations involved in the joint briefing we produced earlier this year.
We are now in the process of contacting those who have provided details on which suppliers they are experiencing issues with so we can put you in touch directly and help to resolves specific cases.
