SFHA Strategic Partners Warmworks and SPA have joined together to host a session for RSLs with a clear view of funding options.

In partnership with Warmworks, this month the Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA) is hosting a session to provide social landlords with a clear view of funding options for residential retrofit projects.

There are a variety of Government grants available for public sector organisations but only a select few are suitable for retrofitting. From what we understand, the challenge is identifying the most suitable grant that aligns with the objectives of the project. These grants tend to have a short application window and when awarded need to be used within a limited time.

This session will offer attendees visibility of the funding options currently available, when they need to apply and what each of these can support with any future options to keep in mind. It will look at the processes of a successful submission, what assessors look for with examples and what should be considered during and after the project has concluded. There will be a view on the current policy landscape alongside some successful but also some unsuccessful projects that have been awarded funding.

This event will take place on 27 August from 10:00 until 12:00 at SPA's Livingston office. It’s free to join and available to all social landlords.
