Dunbritton Housing Association held its 30th Annual General Meeting on 21 September at the Cruin on the banks of Loch Lomond.

Allan Murphy, Chief Executive Officer, Dunbritton Housing Association, said: “Dunbritton was initially founded without any properties in 1992 but has now grown to manage over 900 homes as well as providing factoring and shared ownership services.

"Dunbritton, in its 30th year, celebrated the completion of its flagship development, Dumbarton Harbour, which has completely transformed the waterfront of Dumbarton centre with the provision of 150 quality affordable homes.

Dunbrittion’s Chairperson Sephton MacQuire said: “Over the years, we have provided an essential service, working in tandem with Argyll and Bute and West Dunbartonshire Council to alleviate homelessness, offer safe and efficient properties to families, and adapt our homes to meet the changing medical needs of our tenants.

"We have constantly achieved positive feedback from our tenants who take pride in being a Dunbritton tenant.”

The AGM was also an opportunity to present the association’s annual awards to tenants and staff for all their hard work in the previous year.
