Callum is the national director of CIH Scotland, having taken up the post on September 2018. He is also a trustee of Blackwood Homes and Care, joining the board in January 2023 and previously worked in for a public affairs consultancy and the third sector before joining CIH.

Shan is a Director at Brightwork Staffline, the largest recruitment agency in Scotland where his role is focussed on business growth and social responsibility. He is the “recruitment expert” for BBC Scotland where he regularly contributes to topics related to the world of work.
