SHR draft asset management guidance

The SHR has shared a draft of its upcoming asset management guidance with SFHA for comment.  SFHA has shared the draft with our Building Safety and Property Maintenance Forum for comment.  

The deadline for comments has been extended to midday on Friday 13 January 2023.
