SFHA Responds to Scottish Government Charity Law Survey

In March 2019, SFHA submitted a response to the Scottish Charity Law consultation. Scottish Government has issued a survey to follow up on some of the points in the original consultation, and SFHA has submitted a response.

Whilst the scope of the proposed amendments have limited direct impact on RSLs, SFHA has reiterated points made in 2019, particularly concerning proposals to apply the same disqualification criteria for board trustees to senior staff.
