Responding to domestic abuse: toolkit training
SFHA would like to gauge interest in specialist training in implementing best practices.
SFHA would like to gauge interest in specialist training in implementing best practices.
As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting our members in responding to domestic abuse, we are developing a Self-Reflection Toolkit to help organisations assess and strengthen their approach. Following its completion, we are considering offering specialist training to support housing providers in implementing best practices and ensuring a safe, informed response for tenants. We are proposing to deliver the training in person centrally and have the option for online training for those who will not be able to travel.
To help us shape this effectively, we would like to gauge interest from members. The training would build on the Self-Reflection Toolkit and focus on key areas to improve awareness, policies, and practical approaches within housing.
If you or your organisation would be interested in this training, please email Gillian Duddy at gduddy@sfha.co.uk by Thursday 3rd April . Your feedback will help us ensure the training meets the needs of your organisations.
