The Scottish Government has published updates to the Scottish Housing Quality Standard guidance for social landlords. The changes include: revised notes for elements 11A and 11B (page 2) following the amendment to the regulations for new standards for fire and smoke alarms revised notes for element 45 (page 22–23) highlighting that electrical safety inspections should be brought up to date by the end of March 2022.
