Housing association staff access to online pension services will be changing.
TPT will be making changes to their online pension services, which may affect housing association staff looking to make changes to their pension arrangements in the coming months.
Between June and October 2024 (the transition period), TPT will be unable to process any transfer requests. As a result, TPT are advising pension staff to make any changes to their investment choice by 29 June 2024. After this date, Retirement Savings Account will be ‘view only’ and staff won’t be able to make changes until their new online account is ready in October.
For any pension transfer requests, TPT will need to receive a completed transfer request form and any receiving scheme information by the 31 May 2024. TPT has advised that they will not be able to action any requests following the 31 May deadline until October 2024.
