Housing Management Forum 

13 April, 10:00–12:00

Exclusively for SFHA members

The forum is held jointly with Full Circle Solving.

It is for staff working in housing management, and it discusses the latest updates in this field and allows members to network and share best practice.

The forum also regularly invites speakers to brief members on new developments in housing management.

Property Repairs and Asset Management Forum

22 April, 10:00–12:00

Exclusively for SFHA members

This forum is for staff working in property repairs and asset management to keep up to date with the latest developments, share best practice, and discuss challenges.  

An update from the SFHA Policy Team will be included as part of every forum.
Changeworks will join this meeting to discuss alternative heating systems, technology, barriers, and Scottish Government policy.

TECH Community Meet-up

13 May, 14:00–15:30

Exclusively for organisations that have signed up to the TECH Charter.

TECH Community Meet-ups are for TECH Charter signatories providing a space to:

  • keep up to date with the latest TEC developments
     
  • hear from subject experts
     
  • share experiences, learning and best practice
     
  • collaborate on new and innovative ways to embed TEC into services

The TECH Community Meet-Up will last for 1 hour 30 minutes, with an opportunity to network and have an informal catch up with community members.

HR and People Forum

This forum will be held jointly with Change HR Ltd.

The forum is for staff who work in HR. It discusses the latest updates in this field and allows members to network and share best practice. The forum also regularly invites speakers to brief members on new developments.

The topic of this forum is establishing effective hybrid home and office working. A guest speaker from Agile Working will discuss the challenges, a case study, and the solutions to ensure an effective, fair and inclusive framework for staff.
