Tell us about the great engagement work you are doing
Engagement Conference, Thursday 10 June 2021.
SFHA wants to hear from members about what your housing association or co-operative is doing to ensure that customers are really engaged. We're giving you the opportunity to tell others about your work at our first ever Engagement Conference on 10 June.
The conference will highlight the importance of ensuring tenants can effectively participate in order to influence decisions about the services they receive.

Our members have shared some fantastic stories about tenant engagement with us over the past year, and we would love to showcase some of these at our conference.
We're looking for three member organisations to deliver a 7–10 minute 'lightning talk', showcasing great examples of tenant engagement and participation.
Pitches can be submitted via email to SFHA Events Manager Karen Devin, kdevin@sfha.co.uk by Friday 7 May.
Successful pitches will be notified the following week.
About the Engagement Conference:
Our first ever Engagement Conference will explore tenant scrutiny, customer experience and examples of great customer engagement.
There will be live chat, questions and polling in all of the sessions as well as the opportunity to ask your questions live on camera.
You will also make connections with delegates via speed networking and live delegate meet-ups.
The event is taking place on Thursday 10 June, and tickets are priced at:
- £180 for SFHA members
- £250 for non-members
