As a proud partner of the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations (SFHA), we always look forward to the Housing Scotland Annual Conference. This year’s conference was extra special for Changeworks, given that we launched our new brand and website this week and this was the first event that had our newly branded stand.
At Changeworks, we already work with several housing associations and look forward to supporting more on the journey to net zero. The conference was a great chance to meet current partners and to get to know others. It’s a challenging time, and innovative approaches are needed to help us to meet targets to tackle the climate emergency – all whilst ensuring tenants are supported throughout the energy crisis and beyond. It was inspiring to hear from the new housing minister Paul McLennon in the keynote address and to see the launch of SFHA’s new campaign ‘Housing at Scotland’s Heart’.
We can support social landlords with project management support including strategy development, housing stock analysis, research needs, and compliance reporting to help access funding. We also offer tenant engagement services, providing energy advice and support to ensure tenants have warm, comfortable homes.
