Spire View Housing Association welcomes Copperworks
Spire View Housing Association welcomed its new tenants, customers, and staff on 1 August 2023.
Spire View Housing Association (SVHA) has now completed the transfer of Copperworks Housing Association and welcomed its new tenants, customers, and staff on 1 August 2023.
Copperworks tenants back the proposed transfer to Spire View Housing Association with a resounding 93.1% voting YES to the proposal.
SVHA is now ready to start delivering on the promises made to Copperworks tenants including quicker investment, lower rents over time, retention of staff and the local office and continuation of other local services.
Spire View has 582 affordable homes within the Royston community of Glasgow. The transfer from Copperworks brings an additional 270 homes and 82 factored homes.
