Our masterclass, taking place on 22 June, will discuss how Skills Development Scotland's Skills for Growth programme can help housing associations and co-operatives identify any training needs for their organisation and enhance staff skillsets.

Skills for Growth is a fully funded skills support programme for small and medium-sized employers, run by Skills Development Scotland (SDS), the national skills agency. It helps employers to face any challenges by equipping people and organisations with the skills to seize opportunities and realise their potential.

The masterclass is an introduction into the service, and will be delivered by specialist consultant Connect Three, on the themes of succession planning, leadership and development which were identified by the housing sector as being key priorities.
