SFHA x TSG February update

We wanted to give you all a quick update on the TSG Housing Team’s latest activities...

1. Lunch & Learn: Stock Condition Survey and Management with TSG x Soha Housing

In January, we ran a lunch and learn with Soha housing, in which they showcased their Stock Condition Capture and Reporting solution built on the Microsoft platform.

Soha undertakes stock condition reports on over 5,000 properties and required a solution that integrated into their current Housing Management Solution and provided off-line iPad friendly data capture and data insights.

Working in close partnership with Soha, TSG has developed a Microsoft-based solution utilising Dataverse and Canvas Apps to allow their surveyors to undertake condition surveys and confirm/update data integrated from the Housing Management Solution (HMS).

Soha discussed the agile approach to phase one of this project (to get to a minimum viable product) and expanded on how future phases will enable 2-way data integration to their HMS and data insights utilising Power BI.

2. TSG at Housing Technology Conference 2023: Driving Efficiencies

This year we’ll be attending the 2023 Housing Technology Conference, being hosted both online and in person.

During our presentation, we'll be discussing how housing associations are leveraging Microsoft technologies to drive efficiencies in the business to release resources and budget for critical front line services.

Whether you are streamlining the processing of landlord certificates, automating your authorisation to recruit process, or looking to enhance mobile working, there is a Microsoft platform that you can take advantage of. In fact, you may already be paying for it under your M365 subscription.

In our presentation, we will also be discussing some of the ways we've partnered with housing associations to deliver a wide range of IT services.
