SFHA Webinar- Ofgem Heat Networks

Ofgem is bringing forward new regulations for district heat networks, covering consumer protections, authorisations, and enforcement. The new regulatory framework will set out requirements for heat network operators and suppliers and it’s critical that they work to support both housing associations and social tenants.

The regulations are under consultation and SFHA is working with Ofgem to provide meaningful opportunities for engagement with the sector, to help inform future policy decisions.
