Ahead of our Communication Conference, taking place virtually on 31 March, we asked our speakers about what they'll be discussing during their session as well as the impact of the pandemic their work. Tracey Wilson at North Ayrshire Council shared her thoughts with us.

What are you discussing at the conference and why is this an important topic?

My session will look at various communication methods which have enabled successful engagement and communication with North Ayrshire communities.

Has the pandemic changed how your organisation approaches tenant engagement?

Yes, North Ayrshire Council Housing Services have fully reconfigured the approach to tenant engagement and highlighted some real opportunities

Going forward, what do we need to do more (or less) of to ensure progress?

Build on what has already been achieved and working well, do what’s right for your tenants/customers and your organisation.
