SFHA and Housing Diversity Network launch joint EDI Network
SFHA and the Housing Diversity Network are launching a joint EDI Network for Scottish housing organisations, starting on 21 January 2025.
SFHA is pleased to announce the launch of a joint EDI Network in collaboration with the Housing Diversity Network (HDN) for SFHA members and housing organisations operating in Scotland. The first meeting of the SFHA-HDN EDI Network will take place on 21 January 2025 from 14:00 – 16:00.
The group will meet quarterly online, and serves as a forum to discuss the latest EDI trends in the social housing sector, share best practice, and network with other like-minded organisations.
Our inaugural meeting will feature an overview of the initial findings from HDN's Scotland EDI Baseline Study, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement in EDI performance and practices within the Scottish housing sector.
