For this year’s Scottish Housing Day, we'll be discussing how we make housing a career of choice. At the launch event on 13th September, attendees will discuss how we can establish more ways that people can join the profession and consider how the Scottish Government and other agencies play their role in communicating the value of a career in housing.
The publication of Housing to 2040 makes it clear that there will be increasing expectations on landlords, letting agents, housing practitioners and developers to deliver even more value for tenants and customers in the services that they provide over the coming years. The event will explore how we ensure we have the right talent coming into all parts of our profession so that we can meet these standards.
