Scottish Enterprise launches 'CAN DO Green Heat Retrofit Innovation Challenge'
Scottish Enterprise has launched a new innovation challenge aimed at helping social landlords identify new retrofit solutions.
Do you have a need to reduce the cost and improve the quality of your social housing retrofit programmes?
Are you interested in support and funding to find and validate improved solutions from the supply chain that are customized to your specific needs and retrofit programmes?
Scottish Enterprise has launched the CAN DO Green Heat Retrofit Innovation Challenge which will provide support to local authorities and registered social landlords to identify retrofit solutions for social housing stock. The CAN DO Innovation Challenge has been developed by Scottish Enterprise (SE), is fully funded by the Scottish Government (SG), and aims to support social housing landlords to optimise the efficiency and quality of their retrofit programmes
Scottish Enterprise is seeking Local Authority and Social Housing Partners to procure innovation from companies to undertake detailed design and assess the technical and commercial feasibility of their proposed solution over a period of 3 months?.

If successful, the retrofit challenge call could cover 100% of the costs, up to £150K, to find and validate improved solutions from the supply chain that are customised to your needs and validated within your specific retrofit programmes. This a great opportunity to tap into a significant Green Heat Innovation Support Programme funding.
