Platinum success for Thenue

Thenue Housing has been awarded ‘Platinum’ accreditation from Investors in People. The recognition is the highest standard of success and marks a triumph for Thenue. This week, Thenue hailed the development and said it reflected the hard work and commitment of staff during a period dominated by the health emergency which has tested housing professionals like never before.
Charles Turner, Chief Executive of Thenue, said: “This is brilliant news and a massive pat on the back to everyone who has worked so hard to achieve it.
“We feel very privileged to have reached this top level of accreditation and I want to thank everyone at Thenue for making it happen.

Many housing associations have embraced the concept of Investors in People in keeping with the continuous improvement of staff so evident within the housing association movement.
There are four levels to Investors in People status – Standard, Silver, Gold and Platinum.
To achieve the Platinum standard, organisations must demonstrate ‘high performance’ in virtually all the assessment indicators.

Thenue’s Investors in People journey began 15 years ago when it was first accredited in 2006.
