With an ever-increasing focus on organisations to meet new business challenges head on, upskilling and reskilling Scotland’s SME workforce will be critical to the nation’s rebuild and recovery.

The Open University (OU) is hosting a webinar for employers which discusses the Flexible Workforce Development Fund, that all organisations – in the public, private and third sectors – with less than 250 employees in Scotland can now access until the end of July 2021. This resource can be used for training up to the value of £5,000, delivered by the OU to support an organisation’s staff development.

The webinar, taking place on Wednesday 9 June, will hear from Suzanne McQuade, Business Relationships Manager for Scotland at the OU, about the fund, what it means for your organisation and how to make the most of it before it ends
