In Housing to 2040, the Scottish Government set out plans to introduce a new tenure-neutral Housing Standard. The Scottish Factoring Network Conference, taking place on 14 December, will discuss the background to this commitment, update on progress and discuss what the next steps are.

The Scottish Factoring Network, a partnership between SFHA, SHARE and GWSF, exists to provide individuals and organisations that deliver factoring services a platform for shared learning and practice exchange.

Programme highlights include:

  • Developing appropriate benchmarking for factoring services
  • Scotland’s approach to fire safety
  • Maintaining and improving Scotland’s tenement stock
  • Barriers and solutions to residential cycle storage.

Is this conference for you?
This event is a must for anyone working in housing management, housing finance, maintenance and asset management as well as staff involved in factoring or organisations considering introducing this service.

Tickets are priced at:

  • £240 for members of SFHA, SHARE and GWSF
