We’re experiencing a time where government allocations for social housing are reduced, meaning more focus on private financial options, and a need to fund a just transition to net zero.

So where should housing associations and co-operatives be looking for financial backing?

Join us at our Annual Conference this June where we will explore the diversity of funding options available, the risks and opportunities associated, and the criteria lenders will prioritise.

Keynote speaker spotlight.

We’ll be joined on day one of the conference by author, journalist, and strategist Alastair Campbell, who will offer his insight on this year’s theme ‘Navigating our way in uncertain times’.
