Member briefing: Housing Bill published
This week the Scottish Government’s new Housing Bill was introduced to Parliament.
Yesterday (March 27th) the Scottish Government published their new Housing Bill, which sets out a range of proposed new measures that could impact on members.
The Bill has only been introduced to Parliament at this stage and there will be scope for amendments as it makes its way through the Parliamentary process - which will take some months. SFHA will keep members informed as it progresses.
We will be engaging the sector in a comprehensive response to the Bill to ensure that the priorities of members are reflected in the Bill - and Bill amendments where necessary.
