One of Manor Estates' tenants celebrated reaching 100 last week. Mrs Hay lives in one of the hpusing association’s retirement schemes and was visited by her housing officer and retirement manager who presented her with a large bouquet of flowers on behalf of Manor Estates to mark the occasion.
Mrs Hay said she "wished it was her birthday all the time with the treatment she has been receiving". She was delighted to receive flowers from Manor Estates.
Mrs Hay is a tenant at Manor Estates’ retirement housing development, one of three throughout the city, which offers independent living to tenants over 60.
