It’s all change at Manor Estates Housing Association. After nineteen years, Carolyn Hughes, Housing Management Director/Depute CEO has decided to retire and will be leaving the association on 26 July 2024. Carolyn has made a huge positive contribution to social housing within Edinburgh over the years. She will be greatly missed by staff, Board members and by colleagues across the housing sector.
Carolyn Hughes said: "I’ve seen many changes over the past 19 years, both at Manor Estates and throughout the sector. It has been a privilege to work for the association during some exciting and challenging times. I hugely appreciate the support I have had from colleagues (at Manor and beyond) and Board members over the years and am proud to have been part of an organisation that strives to provide excellent services to all our tenants."
"At the same time, we are delighted to welcome Nicola Stobie as our new Housing Management Director, who joined the association on 15th July 2024. Nicola joins us with a wealth of knowledge and experience, most recently at Argyle Community Housing Association."
