Thursday 4 March

SFHA’s Housing Now, Housing’s Future: Our Sector, Our People Conference, sponsored by Campbell Tickell, is taking place this Thursday. The event will explore the key issues facing our workplaces in 2021 and beyond.

Here’s a look at our programme highlights:

A Brilliant Scotland

The event will open will a session, led by Mark Brown of Dolphin Index, that will explore how the Scottish housing sector can become world-leading in terms of culture, diversity and ethos and how to embed this within our organisations.

Diversity and Inclusion in Scotland in 2021 and Beyond

Scotland is becoming ever more diverse – we’ve brought together a panel of experts in the fields of diversity and inclusion and HR to explore if we, as a sector, are representative and if we have the ‘cultural competency’ to ensure that we are inclusive.
