Affordable Housing Supply Programme 2022–2026

This session will look at the new Affordable Housing Supply Programme and provide delegates with an overview of the updates to the programme and the grant investment benchmarks underpinning it.

Current and Future Development (modern methods of construction and net zero) 

Speakers: Gillian Campbell, Gillian Campbell Consulting; Mark Turley, Construction Scotland Innovation Centre and Scottish Government; Jennifer Higgins, Wee House Company; Diana MacLean, Riverside Scotland; and Neil Wilson Prior, Eildon Housing Association.  

This session will look at the Scottish Government’s work on its off-site construction strategy, hear from those who have adopted modern methods of construction in their developments and consider the wider role of the housing sector and construction industry in the journey to net zero.
