Langstane Housing Association has become the latest member to sign up to SFHA’s Impact Manifesto. The manifesto’s pledge sees social landlords committing to measuring, understanding, and growing their social and economic impact in order to make a difference and deliver their social purpose.

Michael McLaughlin, Social Insight Lead (HACT and SFHA), said: “It’s great to see another housing association pledging to measure, understand, and grow its social and economic impact to make a difference and deliver its social purpose for its tenants, customers and communities.

“We will continue to support our members to access and use the SFHA Social Value Toolkit and the other insight tools we champion across our IFT Hub.”
