Knowes Housing Association re-accredited with highest standard of customer service excellence

Knowes Housing Association has received accreditation for Customer Service Excellence.

Knowes Housing Association was assessed in March this year against the standards set out in the Customer Service Excellence award and was re-accredited as Compliance Plus.

The assessment centre which assesses compliance on the Government accredited scheme said “I am writing to you to congratulate you on your outstanding achievement.

“During your recent CSE assessment your assessor identified that Knowes Housing Association have demonstrated innovation and are delivering services elements that are beneficial for customers but are over and above their expectation, as a result of these findings Knowes Housing Association have been awarded Compliance Plus.

Achieving Compliance Plus means your organisation is amongst the elite and contributes to setting the standard other services providers can strive for.”

Pierre De Fence, Knowes’ Director said: “I am proud of this achievement which demonstrated that despite the pandemic, the staff at Knowes continued to deliver excellent customer service, and that this award recognizes the efforts of our staff through what were difficult times.”
