Lucy Grove
Head of External Affairs, National Housing Federation
Lucy Grove is the Head of External Affairs at the National Housing Federation where she has worked for almost a decade now. Lucy’s role covers public affairs, media and campaigns, and she is currently driving forward the organisation’s plans for the next general election.
Patrick Thompson
Deputy Chief Executive, Northern Ireland Federation of Housing Associations
Patrick is the Deputy Chief Executive at the Northern Ireland Federation of Housing Associations (NIFHA) and has been with NIFHA since 2018 where he leads on policy areas such as Housing Management, Care and Support, Energy and Welfare Reform on which he successfully campaigned with the sector to see “bedroom tax” mitigations extended in Northern Ireland.
Rhea Stevens
Head of Policy and External Affairs at Community Housing Cymru (CHC)
Rhea has worked in Welsh policy and public affairs for over 12 years.

Inspire is one of the themes for this year's Annual Conference. In the spirit of creating opportunities for our members to connect and learn from one another, we want to encourage young housing professionals to attend the conference.
A number of free day places will be available again to young housing professionals, apprentices, and graduates if they accompany another delegate. This will enable you to bring a young housing professional from your organisation for free.
Free places are limited to one per organisation and are offered on a first come first served basis, subject to availability.
