IT and technology benchmarking and support for housing associations

Posted Thursday 19th October by Admin User

SFHA is happy to announce that it is working in partnership with Altair Consulting to better understand our members experience with digital and technology across the sector and within their own organisation. This will provide us with benchmarking data to support strategic discussions on technology trends, estates, operating models and spending from which we can all benefit in our future strategic planning.

In collaboration, we have developed a comprehensive survey for SFHA members to pilot. The survey is web-based and will take approximately 40 minutes to complete, with options to save and return and options for multiple colleagues to complete sections at the same time. Any SFHA member interested in completing the survey can also get support from Altair to complete it.

On completion Altair is offering a no-charged 1-hour IT consultancy to evaluate individual participant findings.

How will you and your organisation benefit from participating in this survey?

  • To better inform future IT and technology decisions for your organisation
  • To generate data-driven insight for IT decisions
  • To understand the specific problem statements within the technology sector in your region
  • To analyse what issues there are in the sector
  • To provide technology-related advice and guidance based on a broad set of sector and region-specific data
  • To establish any trends, shared challenges, and good practices to benefit SFHA members
  • To benchmark against other SFHA member organisations
  • SFHA members will have the opportunity to influence questions and approaches ahead of the wider survey launch
