As we look to rebuild and reshape our services in a post-Covid world, tenant participation has never been more important.
Our Engagement Conference, taking place on 10 June, will feature a session on what is needed to ensure wider engagement. It will explore which tools are available and which skills are needed to make sure customers can participate in a way that meets their needs.
This ‘Knowledge Exchange’ session will run three times throughout the day and be led by Lesley Baird, Chief Executive of TPAS Scotland.

We will notify your organisation via email if selected – a maximum of two tickets can be allocated per organisation, and you can apply for these on the event booking page.
