Hebridean Housing Partnership has shared that 33 homes at An Allt Dubh were handed over to tenants during the past week.

This is the first phase of a 74 house development being built by Calmax Construction Limited who contended with a very wet and challenging summer to bring this phase of construction to completion.

Jens Johansen one of our new tenants expressed his gratitude: “The house and view are perfect, I’m so happy.”

Gordon MacLeod, Chairperson of HHP comments: “This first phase of 33 homes at An Allt Dubh is testament to the collaborative efforts with the Scottish Government who supported the development with funding of £9.5million. The exceptional quality of these homes is down to the skilled workmanship of Calmax Construction Limited and our shared commitment to community development.

"The milestone marks a significant step forward in our commitment to providing quality homes and we look forward to the continued growth and positive impact this project will bring to the area.”
