HACT: Digital inclusion research survey
HACT is inviting organisations in the sector to complete a short survey on barriers to digital access faced by social housing tenants.
Following previous research in to the social value of connectivity, HACT is now looking to better understand barriers faced by social housing tenants which can exclude them from online access and the implications of this.
With a continued increase in digital transformation, remote working, and cost of living rises; this research will help HACT understand key issues and challenges and to provide strategic guidance to social housing organisations to tackle digital poverty in a sustainable and strategic way.
