Digital technologists and trend experts, Gartner, predicts that by 2024, organisations will lower operational costs by 30% by combining hyperautomation technologies with redesigned operational processes. Hyperautomation is the combination of RPA (robotics processing automation), ML (machine learning), NLP (natural language processing), Process Mining and Analytics.

Engaging workers to their fullest potential and capability has always been a challenge for organisations. Hyperautomation is implemented within organisations that are looking to scale work, employees, processes and more. Redundant work can be handled with robots/digital logic, and humans can go about doing activities that contribute to the organisation’s bottom line.

The whole idea behind hyperautomation is to automate more, so more productive work can be done faster.

Benchmark and SKAEL

Benchmark and SKAEL are two organisations that are working together to drive forward the power of hyperautomation and to realise the possibilities happening right now for creating digital employees for housing associations in a short timescale. Take mundane, repeatable, time-consuming tasks and automate them, so you can focus on what’s important to you and your organisation. Leveraging a state-of-the-art digital platform, your organisation can create a ‘digital employee’ to collect, analyse, correlate, process and present important data – anytime, anywhere and on any device.

SKAEL works with structured and unstructured data that already exists within your company’s systems/ecosystem and applications such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce, MS Excel and more. Because of the way SKAEL accesses data, there are no lengthy integration projects, and security compliance requirements are more easily addressed.

Benchmark and SKAEL will be hosting a session at our Digital Empowerment and Leadership event this week. They will discuss the impact of hyperautomation and show a proof-of-concept digital employee, created for SFHA, to show the potential capabilities and scalability of their platform.

You can hear more about digital employees and hyperautomation at this Thursday’s Housing Now, Housing’s Future: Digital Empowerment and Leadership Conference. The event will explore how leaders can digitally empower their staff and organisations, discussing what comes next – the crucial factors to consider and the ultimate benefits for organisations and tenants – and how our sector can become industry-leading in using technology and digital skills.
