At this year’s TEC Housing Conference on 29 October at the Radisson Blu, we’re exploring one of the biggest topics in every sector: Artificial Intelligence. With our theme “Back to the Future - Saving Time with Technology,” we’ll explore how AI is reshaping the future of social housing – and how your organisation can stay ahead of the curve.

Here’s a sneak peek at our sessions featuring AI:

When this baby hits 88 miles per hour, you're gonna see some serious...

Steph Elliot (SFHA) and Lucy Harvey (INK TANK) will lead an engaging warm-up activity that’ll challenge you to think differently about how we communicate with AI. This session will focus on the value of asking the right questions and giving clear instructions to make the most of these powerful tools.

I guess you guys aren't ready for that yet, but your kids are gonna love it.

Join Callum Chomczuk, Tracey Howatt, and Gary Baillie for our afternoon plenary session, where we’ll explore AI’s growing role in housing. From improving efficiency to enhancing safety for staff and tenants, we’ll dive into what AI means for your organisation – today and in the future.

Tickets are priced at £169.

For every 10 tickets sold, a place will be funded for the Professional Development Award (PDA) in Technology Enabled Care course, providing invaluable learning opportunities for professionals eager to expand their skill sets.

Is this conference for me?

This conference is aimed at housing, health, and social care providers who are keen to:

  • explore digital technology to improve tenant outcomes.
  • learn about the current digital and tech landscape in Scottish housing.
  • bridge gaps between housing, health, and social care through cross-sector collaborations.
  • understand technology-enabled care in housing.
