Our Engagement Conference on 10 June will explore tenant scrutiny, customer experience, current requirements, and good practice in engagement and participation. 
 
This conference is all about engagement, and our new virtual events platform, EventsAIR, allows for increased interaction.  There will be live chat, questions, and polling in all of the sessions as well as an opportunity to ask your questions live on camera.   
 
You will also have the opportunity to make connections with delegates via speed networking and live meet-ups. 

Here is a look at our main session highlights: 

Focus on tenant scrutiny 

Our opening session will see TPAS Chief Executive Lesley Baird and Scottish Housing Regulator Chief Executive Michael Cameron exploring the regulatory requirements around participation and scrutiny.  

The infrastructure of kindness and its importance in engagement 

Does the tone and nature of our interactions with tenants, residents and communities have an impact on the level and quality of engagement? In this session, we will hear views from Susan McDonald, Chief Executive at Active Communities, and Alistair Reid, Tenant Engagement Officer at West of Scotland Housing Association. 

Showcase 

Kingdom Housing Association, Linstone Housing Association and Queens Cross Housing Association will share examples of the tenant engagement work they have been doing. We will also hear from SFHA associate member Changeworks.
