Virtual Engagement Conference, 10 June.
Our Engagement Conference on 10 June will explore tenant scrutiny, customer experience, current requirements, and good practice in engagement and participation.
This conference is all about engagement, and our new virtual events platform, EventsAIR, allows for increased interaction. There will be live chat, questions, and polling in all of the sessions as well as an opportunity to ask your questions live on camera.
You will also have the opportunity to make connections with delegates via speed networking and live meet-ups.
Here is a look at our main session highlights:

In this session, we will hear views from Susan McDonald, Chief Executive at Active Communities, and Alistair Reid, Tenant Engagement Officer at West of Scotland Housing Association.
