At last week’s Scottish DWP Social Rented Sector Forum, which SFHA attended, discussions focussed on the volume of overpayments stakeholders are trying to pay back to DWP and challenges with the process.
The DWP Area Manager for Scotland committed to supporting this activity and is seeking insights to understand the scale of the issue.
DWP has developed a short survey and is inviting stakeholders to complete it by 31st January. They have requested only one survey is completed per organisation.
