The Digitally Enabled Workforce (DEW) Team invite you to complete the Digital Champion Survey.
The DEW Team oversee the delivery of the Scottish Government funded Building Digital Skills and Leadership Programme which supports the delivery of the Digital Health and Care Strategy. A key priority within this strategy is focussed on the development of digital and data skills across the health and social workforce to enable successful digital transformation across our services. Digital Champion Networks within organisations can be an effective way to support colleagues and build collaborative cultures to embed digital practices.
The DEW Team plan to develop a package of support for organisations to maximise the impact that digital champions can have on the digital and data skills of the workforce. An initial step to achieving this involves gathering feedback from health, social care and housing organisations to better understand the use of digital champion networks across the sector.
The DEW Team ask that you complete the short survey to support this programme of work, even if your organisation doesn’t have a digital champion network!
