An update from Gary Dickson, Digital and Design Manager at SFHA, on areas related to digital and IT for SFHA members.
The agenda for the upcoming Digital and IT Network meeting has now been finalised, based on the pulse survey results from network members with Housing Management systems, Cyber security, and customer engagement coming out as the most popular.

2. Cyber Incident Response Plan – Guidance and Template
We had a short life working group of members to help create guidance and a template for Cyber Incident response, a helpful resource for organisations that don’t have one yet. If you don’t I would strongly advise you to have one in place to help with business risk and resilience.

3. ‘Keeping Scotland Connected' Vodafone event on 22nd August 2023 at the Scottish Event Campus, Glasgow
One of our SFHA commerical associates, Vodafone Business are having an event next week. Hear from experts and peers on how we are keeping Scotland connected, as well as an update on the second generation of Scottish Government’s Framework agreement for Mobile Voice and Data Services. From 9.30am to finish at 2.30pm. Lunch is included.
4. TEC Housing event
TECH in partnership with SFHA is running an in-person event on Tuesday 19th September in Glasgow that crosses the digital divide with the more human side of housing. I’ll be speaking at the event to update members on the next stage of digital readiness work we are doing at SFHA.
